You agree not to post content that:

• Is harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Interferes with the operation of the Platform
• Constitutes unauthorized commercial communications

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Metaba and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Copyright Infringement

If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide us with the following information:

• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• A description of where the material you claim is infringing is located on the Platform
• Your contact information
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Platform will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location
• Any errors or defects will be corrected
• The Platform is free of viruses or other harmful components
• The results of using the Platform will meet your requirements

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL METABA BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform
• Any content obtained from the Platform
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Metaba and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any intellectual property right, publicity, confidentiality, property, or privacy right
• Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party

This indemnification obligation will survive these Terms and your use of the Platform.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Platform or delete your account through your account settings.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, please stop using the Platform.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Seoul, South Korea, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
